Diagonal Merry

Given the Stylish Stripes Textured Impressions EF,
I had wanted to try a couple of diagonal cards.
Diagonals are a big trend right now.

The Expressions Thinlit Dies lend themselves
to positioning on the diagonal!

Inlaid Snowflake

I saw an inlaid snowflake by Brian King and really liked it.
The Festive Flurry Framelits enables creation of "inlaid"
snowflakes, so that you can make a variety of combinations.

Simple Expression with Christmas Messages

The Expressions Thinlits Dies are a charming way to
accessorize a card.  In this example, I used the "Merry" die.

When using these dies, put one or two layers of wax paper
between the die and your card stock. This makes it MUCH easier
to remove your cardstock, poking in the small holes to release
the word.  Periodically, you should clean out the thinlit,
as the was paper will accumulate and decrease cutting ability.

Bow Angel in Blushing Bride

The Gift Bow Bigz Die is just a dandy tool.
I like both the bows that you can make, as well as
angels.  Cute and quick!
This project would look cute on a package,
Christmas tree or banner.  It is 3-D, so cannot be
mailed in an envelope (well, I guess you could smash
her into one, but I wouldn't  :(
