Endless Birthday Wishes Tag Card

I thought that I'd switch out of Christmas mode for a bit,
and share a birthday card.  I love the photopolymer "Endless" sets,
including Endless Wishes (Christmas) and this
Endless Birthday Wishes set, because the sentiments
are great fun.  You don't have to fret much about getting
them straight, so they are pretty worry free to use.

The coordinating 1/8 inch silver ribbon and
Dazzling Diamonds Glimmer Paper help to elevate the
look of the card.  I also feel that Cherry Cobbler and
Smoky Slate Blendabilities really go well together!
I placed an extra layer of Smoky Slate Chalk Talk card
stock behind the Whisper White tag to help it stand out.

Below is the list of products used to create this card.

October Wacky Watercooler Blog Hop

Yes, you've guessed it!! It's time for another
Wacky Watercooler Hop!  We have a great line-up ready
for your viewing pleasure.

http://heidistampinalong.blogspot.com

You've likely hopped over from Heidi's Blog
She does a spectacular job creating unique projects!

I really love the new Christmas products, so my post
will feature Christmas cards.
My first card uses the What's Your Type Photopolymer set found on
page 160.  The first thing I wanted to try with this set
was a Christmas card.  The letters generated are pretty large,
so "Joy" barely fit on this standard card front.
The colors are for this card are Whisper White,
Cherry Cobbler and Old Olive.

My second card is inspired by the My Paper Pumpkin
Noel card from last year (see inset).  Since I love the
Party Pennants Bigz die (p 232), it was an easy idea to CASE.
Although I don't sew on my cards,
I was readily able to glue stars to Whisper White Baker's Twine!
I love the look of combining the greeting from Bright and Beautiful
(p 25 of the Holiday Mini) with stars from
the Trim the Tree DSP pack and Gimmer Paper.
It is a bright and sparkly card!
The colors are for this card are Whisper White, Cherry Cobbler
and Garden Green.

My final card is another way to use the Stars Framelits
on page 230.  I cut strips of paper from the
Trim the Tree DSP pack, and a strip of
Brushed Gold c/s and glued them down on a piece of c/s.
Then I cut out the pattern with the Stars Framelit.
The smaller stars were cut out with a star framelit or the
star punch from the Itty Bitty Accents Punch Pack.
The sentiment comes from the Endless Wishes Photopolymer set.
You can see the makings of this card below.

The colors for this card are Whisper White, Cherry Cobbler and
the Trim the Tree DSP Pack.

Star Ornament

I really am enjoying the Bright and Beautiful (#135026
or #135029 on page 25 of the Holiday Mini) set with
coordinating Stars Framelits dies (on p 231 of the
regular catty).
These coordinating products enable you to make
cards, tags, whatever the holiday requires.
The Stars Framelits are also very useful for birthday
or congratulations cards.

Watercooler CASE Pinterest Challenge WCC11

Another Watercooler Challenge has arrived!
This challenge is a Pinterest CASE (Copy and Share Everything).
Pinterest has become an amazing resource,
for almost any hobby you can think of.

Among my boards is one for SU demonstrator blogs,
that I like to follow.  I've discovered a number of
demonstrators in other countries, who offer amazing ideas.
One of my favorites is Valarie Moody at
http://stampingwithval.wordpress.com.

Valarie has done some really cool modifications of
the French Fry box (p 233), including this basket type container.
 She offers video directions HERE.

My FF container has a different punch handle,
as I used the 7/8 inch Scallop Circle punch on p 220.
The container is decorated with the Endless Wishes set,
which I simply love!

Check below for the product used on this FF container.
