WWC-36 Watercooler Wednesday 3-D Challenge

Welcome to our September 30th installment of the

This week, we have a 3-D challenge.
It is pretty much anything goes, as long it is 3-D.

My project is a luminary, made out of the Spider Web Doilies
found on page 47 of the Holiday Mini catalog.  This is a very
easy project to make.
I took a sheet of velum and rolled it up like a toilet paper
roll, the same size as a battery operated tea light.
I attached 2 spider webs, one to either side of the velum tube.
I joined some of the edges of the webs, to form a kind
of spider web oval wrapped around the tube.

Here is a top down photo for clarification.
I did run the velum through an embossing folder and
apply a bit of Pumpkin Pie ink prior to rolling it
into a tube, but that is not required.
The adhesive used throughout this project was
the Tear and Tape Adhesive on page 156 of the regular catty.

Please click on over to our Watercooler Wednesday site,
so that you can see the wonderful projects offered
by the rest of the team.

We love the fact that so many of you are joining our challenges.
We have a very difficult time selecting challenge
winners, because of all the awesome projects that you link up.
