This is a card that I gave to my sister. I am so happy that
Stampin' Up! added a card with a southwest "flair", so that
I have components for family living out west.
Birthday Fiesta on page 11 of the yearly catalog,
paired with the Fiesta Time Framelits Dies works so well
for the cards that cry out for a cactus or llama!!
